
MAKE YOUR VERY OWN BELGIAN CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES
Following the huge success of our chocolate fountains we are pleased to announce the commencement of our chocolate workshop courses. Great fun for HEN PARTIES.

Our two and a half hour courses will be run by our master chocolatier, Alan, who studied pastry and chocolate
in London and Paris and has been Head Pastry Chef at
the Ritz Hotel in London.

The courses are held in Bournemouth and in London and will teach you the history of chocolate before beginning

the pleasurable task of tasting some of the chocolate fountain with your coffee.
From that point, the Chocolatier will take you on a journey where you will create different fillings before dipping them into real Belgian chocolate after which you will design and decorate your toppings!!

You will take home with you, 25 good sized genuine Belgian chocolates wrapped, all designed and made by you. All packaging is provided.
The course is great fun and tremendous value working with the best equipment and of course the very talented Alan!!

Cost is £49.95 per person
Courses are held on Saturdays at 9.30 and 2pm. Sunday courses can be arranged subject to numbers.
Mid week courses can be arranged for groups of 10 or more.


For the corporate market, we are able to come to you and create chocolate making as a team building event. This involves splitting the class into groups and them designing their chocolate, their filling and their presentation box.
We can also involve the group in Easter Egg design, chocolate cake making, chocolate moulds and many others.
